The service enables the user’s data to be backed up in numerous locations world-wide. The information is backed up every six hours and stored encrypted at a Future Hosting backup location in North America or Europe.

Future Hosting says that the software is designed to automate server configuration and repair tasks, enabling customers to receive a greater level of technical support than previously available, when technicians had to manually perform these operations.

Server Doctor executes system health and security checks automatically and presents weekly server health reports, detailing information like rootkit scan results, memory usage, hard drive capacity and available software upgrades, says the company. Server Doctor additionally automatically eradicates suspicious files from the temporary directory, rotates log files and prevenst processes creating excessive memory usage.
