What's better cable or DSL

I like cable better and i just ignore the saying DSL is 3 x faster then cable no i don't think so cable is faster then DSL i had dial up and DSL and now i have cable which is great.

In my country, cable internet access is slower than DSL
so I preffer DSL than cable by now

DSL by a long shot. Cable is faster but in peak traffic times it slows down greatly. And since you're probably on at those times too, it would make your web browsing much slower.

i think cable works fine cuz in my country cables are gfetting their own importance

I think that a cable is better. ive used DSl before but just find a cable better and quicker.

In the UK cable is the quikest you can get im on a 10MBIT connection with a upgrade to 20mbit or 50mbit early to mid next year.. ADSL will only go upto 24MBIT whereas theres no limit to cable

Where I live cable blows away DSL. There is no comparison, but DSL is moving along with the fiberoptic wiring and may over take cable by sheer reason of accessibility.

Dsl is my choice, i think its much better then cable.

I´m am using DSL. And I am contented with its speed. I have not yet use cable anyway.

In the uk it's better to have cable because it's faster and cheaper.

No contest, it's cable. Cable runs roughly 10 times faster for me. If DSL is faster in your location, use it. But here, it's cable all the way!

Interesting thing sense my last posting I have come across people whom in there area cable is slow for them. Now that the fiberoptic dsl is growing it may just challenge cable. I actually would like to see the pricing quite a bit more competitive.

I know a few people who had to switch back to cable from fiber optics because when there were issues the tech were not trained enough to deal with them!

Good wireless blows them all away! But then the operative word there is "good". Bad wireless really sucks.
