Can anyone tell me clearly in context what does BANDWIDTH actually defined for

Probably you are talking about traffic bandwith wich means how much data you can transfer for your server,vps or host.

for example if your server has 3000GB bandwith and you have a file with 300gb size.

well you can download this file just 10 times per month because your bandwith limitation

The hosts that offer unlimited bandwidth, just doesn't limit that number.

It is impossible th have unlimited bandwidth as there is only a certain amount the ISP's servers can transfer a month even the the ISP says that bandwidth is "uncapped", although this is a rediculous amount of bandwidth that is never goin to be reached

Bandwidth is a term used to describe how much information can be transmitted over a connection. Its measured in mega bytes per second(MBPS). It is used when someone browses your website, like someone is reading any information that is provided o your website, someone is downloading some files or some data from your website or someone wants to upload some content some data onto your website. Bandwidth generally connects end user with the domain name that he wants to browse.
