Watch out for Sprintserve

Watch out with Sprintserve - they have a 30 day cancellation period, which means if you cancel your webhosting with them near the end of your billing period, you get charged an extra month.

A decent reputation but very expensive webhosting packages compared with what's readily available from most.

However, I asked for a rather complicated set up which they cocked up on a few times, not least due to the complexities involved.

That wasn't my problem.

However, the 30 day cancellation I think is pretty poor - I've seen companies do that solely to bleed extra cash from customers.

I'm not sure why Sprintserve do it, but it's not good practice, and definitely not good as a customer experience.
