The best one (or one of those) is www.ej.am
They had good offers, don't know how's that now.

one of the best that i have used are frihost.com... but you get what you pay for

according to me the best free host is www.optimumtools.com

best one check the speed of the website hosted better than paid hosting 100mb with i panel

As said before, the best I have seen is Frihost.com 250mb, 1GB Bandwidth, and much more, for measely 5 posts.
