Solid recommendation needed

Hi,

I used to be with Webfusion, then Bluehost. I urgently need another hosting solution.


My priorities:
1. Superb Server Uptime SLA (as opposed to network uptime).
2. Large established company. UK preferred, but would consider Eur and USA is Very large and very established.
3. Need to host multiple domains at no admin cost except renewal fees.


Nice to have:
Server-side backup and restore.
cpanel
postini


Just a few static sites and a few forums. Only need a few gigs.
Uptime is more important than performance. End clients have high dependence on email.
Max budget is £30 pcm or $60 pcm.


The webfusion hosting was reseller. Bluehost allows multiple domains.
I've been considering managed VPS or dedicated, just to get some quality of service....

This would be ideal I think: VDS (Virtual Dedicated Server) - without compromise
Except they charge for extras like cpanel.


All recommendations appreciated. I'd also be very grateful for reasons why you recommend them and how long your knowledge goes back.
