Well, SarHosting are a hosting company to stay well clear of.
I asked for 5 reseller accounts on 5 different servers - normal for me as I buy reseller accounts in bulk - and was promised this wasn't a problem.
2 weeks and 28 emails later the 5 accounts were still not properly set up.
SarHosting refused to issue a refund, claiming that they do not offer refunds on reseller accounts when private nameservers are provided.
In other words, they charge for a service, and even when they don't deliver it, refuse to give the money back.
I took it up multiple times with the company, but so far as they're concerned, they got my £50 and sold out the reputation of their company for that.
