I tried one that is really good but I lost both the name and link of such software after a PC crash some weeks ago.

You can try to find such software at Free Software Downloads and Software Reviews - Download.com or SourceForge.net: Welcome to SourceForge.net, otherwise you know there are free online services that help you to transform RSS into javascript, easily to embed onto HTML, and I just found this that promise to help you create HTML directly from RSS:

I recommend sourceforge to look for the software. They have the best stuff out there IMO

Sorry to be uneducated in this subject but why would you need to convert RSS to HTML? For what purposes?

To set up on a web content page. It is a time saver for bringing offsite content not to mention the the cost. NADA. I am starting three new sites that will need starter content until they take off.

Google is not going to give as good as first hand info from people who work with a software.
