Sorry you cannot create this account because you are out of disk space. You have exceeded your disk space allotment by 100 Megabytes!
my relleseller is new so what happen?

Pretty sure, it has something to do with your cpanel not allowing the required space to be sent through. Look at some whm tutorials, that should help.

That happens because you have exceeded the maximum limit of disk space .... It's better if the disk space and reduce and or you can add it..
