Plesk
Plesk used to suffer with the stigma of being seen to be an out-dated and old-fashioned administration panel - but no more.
Sincere development moved forward, there have been some excellent skins which makes the webmaster user experience very simple and easy indeed.
Worth a particular mention is the Windows XP skins, which attempt to mimick the look of the new Windows XP user interface for Windows Explorer. Clean and attractive, various admin functions are logically placed and easy to follow.
That being said, Plesk does offer a lot less than Cpanel, not least in terms of scripts available for webmaster use, so can have limited flexibility.
Also, a strange quirk of Plesk is that a webmaster can find themselves having to manually activate PHP to allow PHP software and code to run on their website.
While it may once have been an important security stop against malicious execution of scripts, nowadays it can be a mere annoyance, especially when PHP has effectively become the main developer lanaguage of the internet.
Overall though, Plesk is otherwise simple and easy to use, if somewhat lagging behind competitors such as CPanel.
