Recently, I had join a Network Marketing Business on a part-time basis. Does anyone here who has some knowledge on this type of business ? I want to learn as fast as I can from all the gurus here

"Network marketing" is usually another term for pyramid selling which is generally not accepted by many people and often classed as spam.

Why have you joined a business that you have not researched before? Hope you didn't part with too many beer tokens.

People resist as they don't usually accept changes, they always prefer a comfort zone, if you want to participate in such business, choose the established company that has good reputation.
