I think is a good domains, You have to develop your clone script.

I know about other utb clones and scripts are so bad

I like the domain. You could also rank well in the SERPS for the relevant keywords like Youtube if you do the SEO well for the site. Good luck with your new venture!

It's also probably a trademark infringement. I wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of the Google legal team.

Yea, I agree with Brian, this could be a trademark infringement, don't put yourselve in trouble, there are plenty names are already available if you put some time to find it.

I agree with Bob on this one as their is nothing worse then getting a big legal team after you as you will be sure to loose that battle.

I put the name of the server with my domain and everything, now when I logged into my hosting account, I saw a folder with my domain, I tried to copy everything in htdocs in the htdocs "my domain again.
