Computers are addictive. Building them even more addictive. I have all sorts of parts and things that I could use to build other systems but I use them mostly for fixing the computers of friends.

I have two computers...a laptop and a desk top. Well three if you count the one I bought and some moron at worked knocked on the floor, breaking the harddrive, motherboard, everything.

Still, that isnt enough for me!

It's never enough! There is always going to be a bigger, better faster one that comes out 10 minutes after you buy the one you just bought!

I have one in the living room which is primarily mine, one in the bedroom which is primarily my better half's and my daughter has one in her room.

I do everything on my laptop - a 1.6 GHz Pentium. Really convenient because I can take it just about anywhere.

I just broke down and got an aircard for my laptop....because there was a total of about 14 minutes a day when I couldn't check my email and it was driving me insane.

I have got to get myself a laptop. There are times when sitting at the desk is a real pain. I mean literally. Bad back.

I highly recommend the Acer Ferrari.

The downside of a laptop is that I am now always on the computer. I'm thinking of demanding domestic parter status for one of us!
