I would hold on with the low cost UK server for the time being, Redbus have put their prices up (rumoured to be 40-60%) which will have a knock on effect to the UK hosting market.
If you were to rent / colo a server in London at the moment then you need to tie the price down - or else you may see your profits slashed when prices rise.

Price rises have been on the cards for the last 6 months or so, but are now starting to hit, hence my caution over another UK server.

I think there's a real market out there waiting to be exploited for UK servers with WHM/CPanel. Maybe Redbus isn't an ideal for colo, but I should really hope there are other decent options.

There are other options, but the fear is that other DC's will also "up" their prices simply because RB have...
The fact of the matter is -RB is the big player in the UK, with the exception of rackspace... nobody else comes close in terms of overall connectivity and out and out space (I think they are on 3 or 4 DC's in London alone).
If RB up prices then somebody is going to have to pay them... The end user not the guy colo'ing the server
