Good hosting required

I need some advise on hosting partners here inthe UK. I run a small web development agency and obviously resell hosting to my clients. I now have sufficient clients that I need various levels of hosting quality and require a high end hosting partner. Not neccessarily the cheapest, but must give 100% uptime, mirrored environments etc etc. Does anyone know of such a company. My investigations have lead me to Media Temple but they are USA based . Thanks for any help.

I'm sure there will be a few hosts along soon - so i'll get in first

We currently run several USA servers with 99.9& uptime - these are good quality box's with a low load (we do not cram accounts onto servers). We also have a number of UK servers that will be online very soon (the first in the next 24/48 hours).
These are all a minimum of Pentium4 / 1Gb of Memory and have nightly backups to a remote location (NOT a second hard drive or even a machine in the same DC).
How many accounts to you require hosting? Would you require US to support your clients or would you be providing frontline support yourself?
Another question is... Do you require Linux or Windows based hosting as we only provide Linux at present.

Our basic reseller (multi domain) package is currently £20 / Month and allows you to host 20 accounts, we are also flexible on pricing if you require more space / domains.

We can offer you a choice of UK and USA Linux or UK Windows.

We manage our own boxes so can make any custom package configuration or can build a server to your specific requirements.

100% uptime is going to be very costly to have guaranteed, do you actualyly need 100% ? We currently have 100% on several boxes, but I'd not guarantee that level. If you do need 100%, then a shared hosting environment is not for you, as even the best server management is not going to prevent someone else on the box bringing it down.
