I personally don't believe you can deliver unlimited and offering unlimited packages can open you up for abuse, but that's already been made clear and it's your business model not ours

It's not our place to judge your business model, if you feel that paying for other people's web space with nothing in return is a viable long term business model, that's down to you, however experience gained from many years in the market and many, many more on the Internet would suggest that you're not the first and won't be the last.

What is our place though to help our members and guests be clear on what they can and can't actually buy / get as freebies from the forum.

The thread has not been delete in the interests of anyone researching your offerings as this may be found at a later date in a search engine and should help with their decision making by providing the pitfalls of unlimited offers.

Totally free is not a viable business model, at some point in the chain the server needs to be paid for, the DC's floor & rack space needs to be paid for, the electricity company needs to be paid, the Internet conection needs to be paid.

Best to part with a few £ each month and know that you're safe.

If you have traffic, then you can put your own ads to generate income. We even offer (although don't advertise it well) an ad funded account where you can run ads and top up if you don't get sufficient ad revenue.

It's one of those "valid scams" it seems.

If there are *any* limits (such as "fair use" - that DOES set some degree of limits) then it isn't "unlimited" - period.

That went out long ago as did buyers doing any form of research

Unfortunately far too many web customers just go for highest numbers and lowest cost, then find out the hard way they've been conned.
