There are a few hosts that will offer free reseller hosting, but they usually don't stay around for long.

AHPlace.com at least used to offer free reseller hosting (although i don't think that they allowed you to charge others for the hosting). So reseller in the sense that you can make hosting accounts for other people

Anyways its no use getting free reseller hosting because in either case neither the webhosting company can support it for long nor you can resell it easily because you yourself in this case can't support it for long since free reseller hosting won't be reliable.

I couldn't imagine how a company will survive with a free reseller offer just by posting in forums like what others did. Definitely, no one would last in that kind of business so better not to take offers like those...

I would advise you pay for your reseller, by doing this you are likely to recieve:

- Better support
- Better security ( as it your account wont be deleted - unless u dont pay lol)

We do an ad supported account (you have the option to display ads, and simply top up the account via PayPal if you don't get sufficient click revenue) reseller is an option on this scheme.

I don't see the point of having a free reseller once you make enough money, wouldn't you go to a paid reselller?

With the low costs people are offering these accounts at, then I can't see any reason to not buy a small reseller package, but I guess everyone expects free this and free that these days.

We did the ad funding as an option to compliment the pay as you go model, but to be honest it's not a great option for host or reseller.

I guess I just don't get it. Being a free reseller? Using a free reseller? Just doesn't make since to me.

As I said, there's a mentality that suggests you should be able to get everything for free, so free hosting has been about for some time, so why not free resellers, next it'll be free servers, then I guess we're bound to see someone asking for a free rack in a DC to put these in
