calendar sharing in Outlook

Can anyone provide me with a link or tell me how to upload to a space I can share a calander with someone in Outlook? I have tried so many ways with no luck. Thank you.

Assuming Outlook 2003 - Open the Tools -> Options page, then select Calendar Options. Bottom left is a Free/Busy button, pop your ftp details in here and away you go.

There are also full shared calendar apps which you can sync with Outlook, but you'll have to Google for these.
