Best Value UK Colo?

I'm just wondering where is giving the best value colo service at the present time.

As I understand the situation, London has a chronic shortage of space right now and prices are at a premium to reflect this.

Manchester seems to be better value to me and wonder if anyone has any experience of using anyone in this area.

Not knowing specifics but network connectivity should never be sacrificed. If the datacenter is set up good with good carriers then location isn't an issue.

Who would you recommend as the best bandwith providers, this is an area where I am pretty clueless to be honest.

Being from the US and Seattle area. Speakeasy just bought a company called NetFire which has facilities in the UK and pretty quick connectivity to the US from their data center.

NYC obviously has the same problem. Michael Bloomberg dared to consider moving the NY Stock Exchange away from Manhattan was quickly dismissed. I imagine the majority of your customers are in the UK or London area? If not, where are they?
