That's just downright unprofessional - after 4 cancellation requests they tell me that if I'm using their automated subscription services, then it's *my* responsible to cancel via a third-party?
Come on, I have a Paypal business account - it doesn't take 30 seconds to cancel a subscription.
Of course, I was then told to reply to their message...which of course, as mention previously to them, is not possible.
