Default Adwords has a flaw

Someone was tracked hitting every page in my site including dead ones and every keyword including to purposely planted jibbrish words were outbid and made inactive.

I think that is against Google's policies. If you contact them, you may be able to get the words restored.

Actually Google resists acknowledging the action takes place even after I prove it was. Google Analytics show the the site being throughly scanned even article pages that have had no read in weeks prior all by the same party. I closed my Adwords account and use the iincident to generate more traffic.

Okay, in this case it was to stop exposure an article series which outted illegal and unhanded lawyer maneuvers as well as the people involved. The lawyer could actually be disbarred over his actions. His client could and may wind up going to jail. Your competition can do the same to you and stop an adwords campaign meant to drive traffic to your site. Your goal for success depends on promotion tactics to increase traffic. That is what Adwords is about.
