US end-to-end internet business solutions provider, Internap, has doubled its footprint at both of Interxion’s data centres, one in London, the other in Amsterdam.
This new take up comes less than 12 months after Internap took up European residence.
Internap say they need the virtual real estate to keep up with customer demand.
Interxion’s UK facility gives high power density of up to 20kW per cabinet.
As well as 2N redundancy configurations there is also Point of Presence hosting for the London Internet Exchange (LINX),
Internap claims that over 3700 customers have taken up their services since they launched in Europe and the new space is needed for further expansion.
The company operates 44 data locations around the world giving high-performance IP networking, data centre co-location, and content delivery network (CDN) services
