Apollo Names Director of Operations

Web hosting provider Apollo Hosting announced on Thursday it has named Bret Messer its new director of operations.

He brings to Apollo widespread know-how in customer service and infrastructure. Messer latterly worked at global defense and technology company, Northrop Grumman, where he managed numerous multi-million dollar IT services contracts.

Messer has already enhanced Apollo’s customer service by expanding the accessibility of phone support hours from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST, better serving customers on the East and West coasts. The Web host persists to offer round the clock live chat support.

The company says the comprehensive phone support hours is just one of the numerous amendments that Messer has intended as part of a pledge to improve the overall customer experience.
