Dedicated hosting provider The Planet announced last week it is presenting a new promotion that allows customers to add Lantronix SecureLinx Spider KVM to any server platform for $30 per month. The offer, which lasts until March 31 or while limited promotional stocks last, includes free setup valued at $100.

Urvish Vashi, director of product management for The Planet stated “KVM-over-IP is an ideal solution for anyone who wants virtual, hands-on access to their server 24/7. With this promotion, customers can gain remote management capabilities at a discounted price to ensure their business is always up and running.”

The KVM-over-IP (keyboard/video/mouse) provides customers direct, BIOS-level access to their dedicated servers over a secure Internet connection. The solution is accessible across The Planet’s entire server selection and in each of its six world-class data centers.
