Hostworks Hosts Australian Auction Site

Australian Web hosting provider Hostworks announced on Tuesday it has agreed a three year contract with online auction provider GraysOnline.

GraysOnline has developed five-fold since changing from conventional to online auction sales, shipping more than 120,000 orders each month to its customers. The online auction service allows customers to buy products from key corporate brands including Dell, HP, Sharp and Sony.

Hostworks will provide managed services infrastructure for the auction site, which is shifting from its existing provider, Macquarie Hosting. The Web host will host its online auction service at graysonline.com.au and graysonline.co.nz, in addition to launching its new-look online auction service website in the middle of the year.

Hostworks provides vital enterprise application outsourcing to the Asia-Pacific market, delivering business systems with assured availability. Several of its customers include Compass Group, Network Ten, SBS, News Digital Media, Southern Cross View, Ticketek and Wotif.com.
