Iomart Hosts UK Online

UK managed hosting provider iomart has signed a three-year contract to manage all aspects of the customer Web platform service provided by business broadband provider UK Online, it announced on Tuesday.

Iomart will provide UK Online with hosting, infrastructure and continuing management of the Web services platform, under the terms of the agreement, facilitating the BSkyB-owned business to provide a full array of domain name, hosting and related services to its small business and professional user customers.

With facilities in Glasgow, Nottingham, Leicester and London, iomart’s data center network will provide UK Online with a completely secure and durable hosting services platform. This managed Web service platform will allow UK Online to offer its customers a full end-to-end e-commerce solution.
